SALUTATIONS.
My name is Adia Muhammad, and I'm a graphic design student in Clarksville, Tennessee. For the past three years, I've been attending the Academy of Media Arts and Technology (AMAT) at Rossview High School, and I've loved every second of it.
One challenge I've faced since beginning my career is beefing up my portfolio. It's the average high schooler's conundrum: too inexperienced to get a job, too young to get experience.
I'm young, but I'm not getting any younger.
I continued to think like this until I heard a little play called Hamilton by Lin-Manuel Miranda. The play tells the story of a man, a founding father, who forever changed United States history...starting at the age of 14. Inspired, my thoughts had changed:
So, I'm proud to say that I have my work below. Some classwork, some commissioned, and a vast majority created as personal projects.
